So today in our Preservation and Restoration class, which is the class we learn how to prepare cavities for restoration (get a filling), we did a technique called complex amalgam preps. These are large (relatively) compared to what we have done in the past. It was very fun and I think I did a pretty good job. Here are some pictures. We also did a "diastema closer" which means we closed the space, when there is one, between the front two teeth. It's a little harder to see but I've also included a picture of it.
